Bruno Romanelli is a London based artist specialising in the technique of lost-wax casting.
All the images on this site have employed this technique in some way.
His work has always been figurative since he first became captivated by glass as a material
for expressive form at Staffordshire University back in 1988.Since then he has worked as an
assistant for Colin Reid, before undertaking his Masters Degree at the Royal College of Art,
from where he graduated in 1995, to become a self-employed artist, and part-time lecturer.
Today, Bruno works full-time on glass making in his studio in south London, where he mainly
concentrates on his own work for exhibition. He also takes on commissions, portraiture and
can be employed for his technical expertise of glass casting to make other artists work.
